Please be advised that Sendle and Australia Post are experiencing shipping delays across the board. We aim to have parcels out ASAP usually within 1-2 days, once parcels are with our shipping couriers shipping times are out of our control. Please be patient during this time.
Sage & Ivy currently only offers shipping within Australia, with either Sendle or Australia Post. If you would prefer Australia Post please leave a note or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders are shipped for a flat rate $12.00 and heavy/ bulky items over 6kg for $18.00.
For Express Post please email prior to ordering and I can give you a quote.
All products are in stock and ready to be shipped to you, unless otherwise stated in the description. If you order a *Pre Order* item, your order will be sent when the pre orders are in.
During this time I'm noticing more and more gifts being sent, you can now chose to have your items gift wrapped at checkout. Please leave your message for the recipient in the notes section at checkout.
Free Local Pick Up
Free local pick up for residents in and around the Maitland NSW 2320 area. Please choose local pick up at checkout. Pick up address will be sent to you when your order is ready.
If you choose Free local pick up and you are NOT in this area you will receive a shipping invoice, and your order will not be dispatched until the invoice is paid.
Items will be sent within 1-3 days of your purchase. You will receive tracking information via email once sent.
Shipping times vary across Australia, I ship from the Hunter Valley in NSW.
Delivery for NSW, VIC, QLD is usually within 3-5 business days. WA and Rural Aus please expect up to 10-12 business days.

As I'm sure you're already aware we are currently in the thick of the Covid 19 pandemic. We are still operating as usual, but please allow a few extra days for purchases to be delivered.
Before purchasing please make sure you love the items as we do NOT offer returns for change of mind.
If by chance you receive a faulty product, please email email@example.com and we will endeavour to replace the item. If I can't replace the item I will be happy to offer you a store credit, or money back return, for the same price as the item.
From time to time we offer discount codes that can be entered at checkout, only one discount code can be entered at checkout. It’s not possible to use more than one, please choose what suits you best.
Please note our “free shipping” code you receive upon signing up to our newsletter is a discount code too and again only one code can be used when checking out.
